How does payment in instalments work with Alma?

With Alma, you can pay for your purchases in 3x, 4x, 10x instalments directly at the time of payment.

In concrete terms:

• You choose the option to pay in instalments in the shopping basket.
• Fill in your credit card details as for a conventional payment, along with your personal information. Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard and American Express (prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted).
• Alma immediately informs you of the amount of each installment, any potential charges and the debit schedule. If you are eligible, you will receive a payment confirmation email.
• 3x and 4x payment from €50 upwards
• 10x credit from €200 - only valid in France.
• The first payment is debited on the day you place your order, and subsequent payments are made automatically each month, with no further action required on your part.
• Everything is secure and transparent: you know in advance the exact amount and dates of your direct debits, with no hidden charges.

Credit is a commitment and must be repaid. Check your ability to repay before committing yourself.

Am I eligible to pay in instalments with Alma?

Payment in instalments is offered directly by our partner Alma, who determines eligibility independently of Probikeshop. We do not know the criteria for acceptance or refusal.

I am returning a product paid for in instalments with Alma. How will I receive my refund?

If you return a product paid in instalments with Alma, you will be refunded the amount you have already paid, minus any credit charges, once your return has been received by our team. Your future installments will be cancelled and you will not have to pay the remaining amount.

My request has been declined by Alma, what should I do?

We are sorry that your request for payment in instalments has been declined. Alma is solely responsible for accepting or declining requests.
