"I would have sincerely liked to have been able to give my opinion on this cassette but unfortunately instead of shimano bike parts I received a tote bag containing stones . probike shop refusing to acknowledge that someone had used it without my knowledge I am obliged to lodge a complaint . I don't recommend the site either, which refuses to acknowledge its responsibility despite all the evidence sent to prove my good faith. This was my first experience with the site and it will be my last."
