Description
Handcrafted in Germany especially for Gravel and adventure, the CONTINENTAL Terra tire Trail 650x40b is robust, fast and efficient on all types of terrain. It has a larger tread pattern and lugs than the Terra Speed model, for better grip on difficult terrain.
Designed around a 240 TPI carcass (4-layer 60 TPI) under the tread and 180 TPI (3x60) in the sidewalls, the Terra Speed is also fitted with top-of-the-range Black Chili rubber for exceptional grip and maximum speed.
This model also incorporates a protective layer that greatly reduces the risk of cuts and punctures (even at low pressure) and adds very little weight. Another strong point of this product is that it can be mounted tubeless thanks to the Tubeless Ready, technology, further reducing the risk of punctures.
