The Ratchet DEG is designed to reduce the engagement angle, a crucial parameter for acceleration out of corners. It uses a principle similar to that of the classic Ratchet system, but each component benefits from an optimised size to allow the use of larger ratchet rings.

Furthermore, the unique PURE CARBON rim finishing process uses no lacquer, which further lightens the wheel while delivering a sophisticated and refined design. The Hookless rim describes the shape of the rim edge, which in this case is straight, without the classic hook. This design has the advantage of increasing the impact resistance of carbon rim edges and allows inflation pressures of up to 5 bar.
