Designed with gravel in mind, they feature the Tension Wrap System (TWS), with multiple points of contact for even support. This system optimizes power transfer and stabilizes the foot both when pedaling and during technical sections on foot.
The carbon-reinforced nylon outsole combined with a wrap-around molded rubber outsole provides effective shock protection. This unique design enhances grip and durability, ideal for varied and demanding terrain.
What's the difference with the "Carbon" version? The main difference lies in the sole. This model uses a slightly softer nylon/carbon mix than the "Full Carbon" version, making it more comfortable to walk on and more affordable, while still remaining highly efficient when pedaling.
Isn't the gray color too messy? The technical mesh is treated to limit dust incrustation. After a muddy outing, a simple wipe down with soapy water and a soft brush will restore its shine.
Is it compatible with road chocks? No, it's designed exclusively for mountain bike/Gravel type cleats (2 screws), which allow the cleats to be embedded in the sole so as not to interfere with walking.
Do the laces hold up well over time? Yes, the laces offer millimetric adjustment, which many cyclists prefer to mechanical systems. Once stored in the "Lace Garage" on the tongue, they won't move for the whole ride.
