Description

The HOPE TECH 3 E4 DUO right dual brake is specially designed for mountain bikers looking for a complete braking system controllable with one hand. Thanks to the Tech 3 DUO master cylinder, you can independently actuate two callipers — one with the index finger and the other with the middle finger — while maintaining excellent control. Inspired by the proven Tech 3 design, it benefits from precision machining from a 2014 T6 aluminium block to guarantee reliability and durability.

Each lever features independent reach and contact point adjustment, allowing you to tailor braking to your preferences. The two E4 callipers, in Post-Mount standard (74.2 mm bolt spacing), are each equipped with four 16 mm phenolic resin pistons, ensuring power and consistency in all conditions.

Operating with DOT 4.0 or 5.1 fluid, the system comes with black hoses of 900 mm (front) and 1600 mm (rear). Compatible with Sram matchmakers (left HBSP384L and right HBSP384R, not included), the HOPE TECH 3 E4 DUO is ideal for demanding disciplines or specific one-handed riding needs.

The Tech 3 DUO master cylinder allows you to individually actuate 2 calipers with one hand, using the index and middle fingers.
Derived and proven design from the Tech 3 master cylinder.
Master cylinder and calipers machined from a block of 2014 T6 aluminium.
Independent adjustment of the bite point (contact point) and reach of both levers.
2 E4 calipers each featuring 4 pistons of 16mm diameter in phenolic resin (HBSP136).
Post-Mount standard calipers, 74.2mm bolt spacing.
DOT 4.0 OR DOT 5.1 fluid.
Black 5mm diameter brake hose:
900mm for the front.
1600mm for the rear.
