Description
The SRAM Code R brake pair offers immensely powerful braking, making it ideal for highly aggressive MTB riding! It can also be a great fit for an e-MTB, whose greater weight demands a highly efficient braking system.
Made from forged aluminium, the Code R calliper houses 4 oversized pistons, even wider than those of the Guide. It benefits from Heat Shield technology, which reduces heat transfer from the pad to the calliper body during braking, for ever more effective management of high temperatures. The calliper is also compatible with the Bleeding Edge kit, which makes it easier to bleed the hydraulic circuit.
The lever, compatible with the Matchmaker X system, features a tool-free adjustable reach. Above all, it is equipped with the Swing Link, which helps eliminate the dead zone in braking while preserving modulation, delivering a precise, powerful yet still progressive feel.
