"Bought to replace a low-end JDD on an Ortler bike. I received it a little late (Mondial Relay. . . ) but with a pleasant surprise: in a box with detailed assembly instructions. It's easy enough to fit, but I'd advise you to DIY a bowl press (with a threaded rod) and use a bowl remover to remove the old one. I'm also lucky enough to have a tool for positioning the fork cone, which isn't split."
"This headset has given me complete satisfaction. Very well made. Sent"
"I mounted this headset as a replacement on an Orbea semi-integrated headset frame and I'm very satisfied with it. The only downside is the price, which I find a little high.
"I mounted this headset as a replacement on a Scott frame and am very pleased with it ."
"Not yet mounted. . . Not yet assembled, so note to visual feel ... . As already pointed out, in my opinion a seal for the lower part is missing. Received in a bag. No instructions, but it's not very complicated. Click on the photo where there are the 7 parts in the order of assembly from top to bottom. And contrary to what has been said, the two bearings are identical, so there's no need to worry about assembly (see screenshot of the pdf taken from the official site)".
"I am satisfied. Misses a note of assembly or at least a plan to be certain of the direction of assembly. I had to force the lower ring onto the fork axle. The bearings seem to be more watertight than the previous one, which was mounted and quickly corroded. To be confirmed over time.
"Bought to replace my original semi-integrated FSA headset on Orbea Alma H70. No particular difficulty in disassembly/assembly with the appropriate tooling (cup remover then cup press) even if an instruction leaflet could usefully have been included. As the headset head measures 8 mm, I had to add spacers to adjust the play from the stem cap. An excellent value for money that I'd recommend!"
"Good product but a little documentation is missing."
"Purchased a week ago to replace a set of ball bearings on my Scott CR1 team."
